Mystic Game Company Guarantee and Return Policy

All items can be returned within a 30-day period for a refund, minus shipping and handling charges. This guarantee is not valid in cases of product abuse or destruction on the part of the consumer. No refunds will be given for merchandise damaged due to poor packaging by the customer.  Please allow 7 to 10 days processing time for credit adjustments on modified orders or returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. Send the package to Mystic Game Company, and if you wish to (not required), include a note with your comments. We only ask this because it will help us serve you and other customers better.
